There are times I have needed deep tissue work due to back injuries. Alberta has provided relief and expert care. I have RA and often just need soft relaxing massages because my joints are inflamed, Alberta will work on what my body needs. She listens and is honest in her assessment and how she can help. Tension from work and poor body mechanics often contribute to backaches, neck aches and tendonitis.
